Me retir\u00e9 y estuve trabajando en otras cosas\u201d, inicia contando.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDecid\u00ed finalmente irme por la gastronom\u00eda por la iniciativa de un amigo. As\u00ed me gradu\u00e9 de gastr\u00f3nomo en Cuenca\u201d, contin\u00faa el originario de Zamora Chinchipe, quien trabaj\u00f3 en M\u00e9xico por tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente es docente de Pasteler\u00eda Creativa en la Escuela de los Chefs y el chef pastelero y panadero del Hotel Hilton Col\u00f3n de Guayaquil.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la primera vez que participar\u00e1 en una competencia internacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe siento supernervioso, sobre todo por el tema de los jurados que vamos a tener, porque entre ellos est\u00e1n los mejores pasteleros y chocolateros del mundo. Va a ser una competencia muy exigente y vamos a estar compitiendo contra diez equipos m\u00e1s. Vamos con todo por Ecuador\u201d, detalla.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRealmente estoy agradecido con mi equipo de panader\u00eda y pasteler\u00eda, tengo a los mejores trabajando junto a m\u00ed. Todo esto es consecuencia de aquello, de tener a los mejores siempre.
