Explic\u00f3 que se espera que \u201cpromotores inmobiliarios digan: bueno, vamos a desarrollar proyectos de diferentes tipos para que vengan a vivir familias, para que sea un centro caminable, seguro, vivo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-text\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links article\"><b>M\u00e1s de $ 1,5 millones para iluminaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-text\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links article\">Para la sesi\u00f3n del concejo de este jueves, Alvarez dijo que se aprobar\u00e1 que la Fundaci\u00f3n Guayaquil Siglo XXI invierta m\u00e1s de 1,5 millones de d\u00f3lares en repotenciaci\u00f3n del casco central.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-text\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links article\">Esto servir\u00e1 para realizar mejoras en la iluminaci\u00f3n de la zona central con luces Led 4K.
