La orden es mover a\u00a0Freddy A., &#8216;alias Anchundia&#8217;, de la c\u00e1rcel La Roca, en Guayaquil, al centro penitenciario de Santo Domingo de Los Ts\u00e1chilas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #212529;\">Ante ello, la resoluci\u00f3n gubernamental, a trav\u00e9s del Consejo de Seguridad P\u00fablica y del Estado (COSEPE), ser\u00e1 negar el pedido del juez Jos\u00e9 Xavier Juli\u00e1n Herbozo. Tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que se \u00abdar\u00e1 todo el respaldo\u00bb al Servicio Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n Integral\u00a0a Personas Adultas Privadas de la Libertad y a Adolescentes Infractores (SNAI) para \u00abno acatar\u00bb esta disposici\u00f3n judicial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #212529;\">A la vez, se solicitar\u00e1 la \u00abrevocatoria\u00bb de dicha decisi\u00f3n por son \u00abdecisiones que atentan contra la seguridad del Estado\u00bb.
