{"id":12624,"date":"2025-03-26T17:50:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T22:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifefm.ec\/?p=12624"},"modified":"2025-03-26T17:50:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T22:50:35","slug":"javier-milei-ordeno-desclasificar-archivos-militares-sobre-los-refugiados-nazis-tras-la-segunda-guerra-mundial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifefm.ec\/index.php\/2025\/03\/26\/javier-milei-ordeno-desclasificar-archivos-militares-sobre-los-refugiados-nazis-tras-la-segunda-guerra-mundial\/","title":{"rendered":"JAVIER MILEI ORDEN\u00d3 DESCLASIFICAR ARCHIVOS MILITARES SOBRE LOS REFUGIADOS NAZIS, TRAS LA SEGUNDA GUERRA MUNDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p>Con ocasi\u00f3n del D\u00eda de la Memoria por la Verdad y la Justicia, el presidente de Argentina, Javier Milei, orden\u00f3 desclasificar los archivos de la dictadura militar de 1976 a 1983.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El presidente de Argentina,\u00a0<strong>Javier Milei,<\/strong>\u00a0ha ordenado iniciar el proceso de desclasificaci\u00f3n de todos los archivos sobre las acciones de las Fuerzas Armadas y tambi\u00e9n de los grupos guerrilleros en el pa\u00eds durante la dictadura militar de 1976 a 1983, fechas en que el pa\u00eds sudamericano encaden\u00f3 una serie de<strong>\u00a0gobiernos autoritarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mt-40 mb-40\">\n<p>As\u00ed lo ha anunciado el portavoz presidencial argentino,\u00a0<strong>Manuel Adorni,<\/strong>\u00a0en una comparecencia este lunes, fecha en que el pa\u00eds celebra el<strong>\u00a0D\u00eda de la Memoria por la Verdad y la Justicia<\/strong>, y en la que ha recordado el \u00abcompromiso inclaudicable\u00bb de Milei con los Derechos Humanos y su af\u00e1n por \u00abcontar la historia completa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adorni ha recalcado que esta decisi\u00f3n cumple con un decreto firmado en 2010 pero que quince a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s sigue a\u00fan sin implementarse por completo. Por tanto, esta decisi\u00f3n contempla la publicaci\u00f3n de todos los archivos de esta \u00e9poca ahora\u00a0<strong>bajo custodia de la Secretar\u00eda de Inteligencia de Estado<\/strong>\u00a0(SIDE).<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.elcomercio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/argentina-nazis-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Javier Milei apoy\u00f3 el pedido de Estados Unidos de desclasificar los archivos secretos sobre los nazis en Argentina\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Javier Milei apoy\u00f3 el pedido de Estados Unidos de desclasificar los archivos secretos sobre los nazis en Argentina \u2022 Foto: EFE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00abDurante d\u00e9cadas, los archivos en manos de la SIDE permanecieron en las sombras y solo los<strong>\u00a0gobiernos de turno tuvieron acceso a esta informaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>secreta. A pesar de los esl\u00f3ganes vac\u00edos sobre su compromiso con la verdad, la memoria y la justicia, estos documentos fueron utilizados como un\u00a0<strong>bot\u00edn de guerra<\/strong>\u00ab, ha reprochado.<\/p>\n<h4>Para los archivos de la historia<\/h4>\n<p>As\u00ed, la \u00abinformaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n\u00bb relacionada con esta \u00e9poca de la historia argentina pasar\u00e1 a manos del Archivo General, donde quedar\u00e1n \u00aba<strong>\u00a0servicio de la memoria y no de la manipulaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/strong>\u00ab. \u00abLo que ocurri\u00f3 en el pasado debe estar en los archivos de la Historia, no en los archivos de Inteligencia\u00bb, ha dicho.<\/p>\n<p>Adorni ha remachado con que, a pesar de que esta medida puede resultar novedosa en Argentina, en otros pa\u00edses ya se han adoptado decisiones del estilo, como recientemente en<strong>\u00a0Estados Unidos con la descalificaci\u00f3n del asesinato de John F. Kennedy,\u00a0<\/strong>o en Reino Unido, donde el servicio de Seguridad inici\u00f3 un \u00abproceso de apertura de sus archivos clasificados\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, las autoridades han publicado un v\u00eddeo con motivo del D\u00eda de la Memoria por la Verdad y la Justicia en la que se expone el punto de vista del Gobierno al respecto del<strong>\u00a0golpe de Estado de 1976,<\/strong>\u00a0con que se inici\u00f3 la dictadura militar. En el documento se incide en la violencia de las guerrillas y se equipara con los militares. EUROPA PRESS<\/p>\n<h4>Asesinato del capit\u00e1n Humberto Viola<\/h4>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Presidencia de Argentina ha anunciado que el Gobierno ha alcanzado un acuerdo de \u00absoluci\u00f3n amistosa\u00bb con la\u00a0<strong>familia del capit\u00e1n Humberto Viola<\/strong>, quien fue asesinado junto con su hija de tres a\u00f1os a manos del citado ERP en 1974, ya en \u00abplena democracia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidencia de Argentina ha lamentado que durante el mandato del expresidente<strong>\u00a0Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u00a0se defendi\u00f3 ante la\u00a0<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humano<\/strong>s (CIDH) que este crimen no era constitutivo de delito de lesa humanidad y, por tanto, pod\u00eda prescribir.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, el Gobierno de Milei ha decidido secundar las peticiones de la familia Viola para que se reconozca ante la CIDH que<strong>\u00a0este crimen debe ser considerado como delito de lesa humanidad\u00a0<\/strong>ocurrido en el marco de un conflicto interno.
