Caso contrario tendr\u00e1n una multa del 10% de una remuneraci\u00f3n mensual b\u00e1sica unificada, es decir USD 47.<\/p>\n<p>Luego que el deudor de pensiones alimenticias ejerza su derecho, los polic\u00edas le notificar\u00e1n sobre la medida, le leen los derechos y lo trasladan ante la autoridad judicial competente que emiti\u00f3 esa boleta de apremio.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"b-article-body__h2\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una boleta de apremio por pensiones alimenticias?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Una boleta de apremio por pensiones alimenticias es una medida coercitiva que dictamina un juez para que una persona pague la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia que debe a su hijo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">El objetivo es garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones alimenticias y proteger los derechos del ni\u00f1o. Quienes pueden solicitar una boleta de apremio son: el padre, madre o quien tenga a cargo al menor. Tambi\u00e9n el alimentante se encuentra adeudado m\u00e1s de dos pensiones alimenticias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Entre las medidas que se pueden aplicar est\u00e1 el arresto, arraigo, suspensi\u00f3n de la licencia de conducir y prohibici\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Durante las elecciones se evita difundir el listado de personas con boleta de apremio para no alertar a los infractores y que eviten sufragar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">En los comicios anteriores, la Mesa de Seguridad Electoral del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) mantuvo una reuni\u00f3n con delegados del Consejo de la Judicatura y de la Fiscal\u00eda. El objetivo, entre otras cosas fue solicitar que las detenciones no se realicen dentro de los recintos electorales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Parte de los operativos, como en todos los comicios, en los recintos electorales se desplegar\u00e1n controles con efectivos de las Fuerzas Armadas y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">De hecho, una\u00a0persona puede alertar a un polic\u00eda\u00a0sobre la presencia de alguien que tenga boleta de apremio.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"b-article-body__h2\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo consultar si tiene una boleta de apremio?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u00a0En la p\u00e1gina del Sistema de Autentificaci\u00f3n \u00danico de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Registros P\u00fablicos se puede consultar si se tiene una boleta de apremio por juicio de alimentos,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sau.dinardap.gob.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sau.dinardap.gob.ec<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">La persona debe tener registrada una cuenta en esa plataforma e ingresar con su usuario y contrase\u00f1a. Si a\u00fan no la tiene, se puede crear siguiendo los pasos que indica el portal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Se debe incluir la informaci\u00f3n personal y un correo electr\u00f3nico.
