Anteriormente, el organismo ya archiv\u00f3 una denuncia por una presunta infracci\u00f3n electoral.<\/p>\n<p>Esta denuncia fue ingresada por el ciudadano Washington Rodrigo Leiva Castellano.\u00a0La causa recay\u00f3 sobre Richard Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00e1vila, juez del Tribunal Contencioso Electoral, quien en ese momento se encontraba subrogando en funciones a la jueza Ivonne Coloma.<\/p>\n<p>TCE difiere audiencia por denuncia de Ver\u00f3nica Abad contra Daniel Noboa por violencia pol\u00edtica<br \/>\nEl 31 de octubre, la jueza Coloma dio un plazo al denunciante para que aclare y complete su petici\u00f3n.
